Associa Desert Resort Management Resolves Budget Discrepancy
Associa Desert Resort Management has managed this 193-unit community since 1999. The community features 11 pools and spas, as well as tennis and pickleball courts.

Associa Desert Resort Management (Associa DRM) serves communities in the Coachella Valley, Banning, Hemet, and Big Bear, with offices in Palm Desert and Indio. Established in 1987, it has been part of Associa since 2010.
Associa Desert Resort Management manages single-family HOAs, master-planned communities, mixed-use developments, golf and club communities, active adult communities, luxury high-rises and condominiums, condos, lofts, and townhomes, and investment properties.
Fees are set through a custom proposal based on your community's needs, so there is no standard rate. Request a proposal for pricing specific to your association.
Associa DRM follows a standard division of responsibilities, outlined in each community's proposal. The team supports the board with board updates and meeting packages, property inspections, violation reporting, architectural reviews, and more.
A dedicated transition team works with your community manager, your current management company, and the association to make the switch professional and seamless. The team reviews past meeting minutes, policies, vendor contracts, and scopes of service, collects all homeowner fees and balances, holds vendor walks, and runs a board orientation or meet-and-greet.
